Child and Adolescent Therapist- Stacy D. Sechrist, LSW, C.T.S.
Stacy Sechrist is a Licensed Social Worker, Certified Trauma Specialist and a Certified Pennsylvania PTSD Group Facilitator. She has a Masters of Social Work as well as, a Bachelors of Social Work and a Bachelors of Sociology. Her extensive education and training is complemented with nearly 10 years of experience in the counseling field. Stacy's responsibilities at the Adams County Children's Advocacy Center include assessments, trauma based therapy services, play therapy, structured sensory interventions and cognitive behavioral therapy with children and their families that have been referred through the Center. She also provides group therapy services, prevention programs, community education through trainings and consults with Multidisciplinary Team members regarding clinical components of referred cases.
